At GodsWitness.Now, every piece is created with intention, integrity, and purpose. We stand behind the quality of our apparel and are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent return process.

Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • Items are free from odors, stains, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited-edition or exclusive drops

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

These items are marked clearly at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to ensure availability. Exchange requests are subject to inventory.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@godswitness.now within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Await return authorization and instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

GodsWitness.Now is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your financial institution

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
